Christmas Wreath Workshop 🎄

Join us for a festive and creative afternoon or evening at Hanako’s home in the beautiful Ashridge House. Each workshop will take place in one of Ashridge’s most enchanting spaces either the elegant Fernery or the historic Chapel  offering the perfect backdrop for a magical Christmas experience.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to design and make your own Christmas wreath using fresh seasonal foliage, natural textures, and decorative touches. Guided by our expert florists, you’ll discover traditional techniques and modern styling tips to create a unique piece to take home and enjoy throughout the festive season.

The workshop includes all materials, unlimited mulled wine, mulled cider, a hot chocolate station, and plenty of Christmas cheer. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned maker, this experience is the perfect way to embrace the holiday spirit in a truly magical setting.

Cost: £100 per person
Book for 3 or more guests and enjoy a 10% discount per person.

🌿 Hanako Flowers – Workshop Terms & Conditions

• Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your workshop begins. This gives you time to locate the space within the grounds, grab a drink, and settle in comfortably. Workshops will start promptly, so arriving early ensures you won’t miss a moment of the experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.

• Our florist workshop spaces can get quite chilly, especially when working with flowers and foliage. We recommend dressing in cozy layers and warm shoes so you can enjoy creating without feeling cold. Don’t worry—we’ll do our best to keep everyone as comfy and warm as possible while you craft!

• Each participant will receive an email closer to the workshop date with all the details you’ll need to know before attending, so you can arrive prepared and ready to enjoy the session.

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place at a workshop.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email upon receipt of payment.

Minimum Attendance

• Workshops require a minimum of 5 attendees to run.
• If fewer than 5 attendees book a session, Hanako Flowers reserves the right to cancel the workshop. In this case, participants will be informed promptly and offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another available workshop date.

Weather & Venue Conditions

• Many of our workshops take place outdoors in the beautiful spaces of Ashridge House. However, weather conditions can be unpredictable.
• In the event of unsuitable weather, workshops will automatically be relocated indoors to the dedicated Hanako Flowers workshop space.
• Participants will be notified of any venue changes by email on the day before the workshop.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund or may transfer their booking to another available date.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable. However, participants may transfer their booking to another individual; please notify Hanako Flowers by email at least 24 hours before the workshop date.

Late Arrivals

• Workshops will start promptly at the scheduled time.
• Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may miss essential instruction or portions of the workshop. Unfortunately, we cannot offer partial refunds in these circumstances.

Workshop Materials

• All workshop materials, tools, and floral supplies will be provided by Hanako Flowers unless otherwise stated.
• Participants are welcome to bring their own apron or protective clothing as required.

Photography & Media

• Photographs and videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes on Hanako Flowers’ website and social media channels.
• By attending our workshops, you consent to your image being used for promotional purposes. Please inform us beforehand if you prefer not to be photographed or filmed.

Liability

• Hanako Flowers and Ashridge House are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the workshop.
• Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their belongings at all times.

Health & Safety

• Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided at the start of each session.
• Please inform us in advance of any allergies or special health conditions that may impact your workshop experience.
