Workshops start promptly and late arrivals cannot always be accommodated.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe Glass House can feel cool in winter, so we recommend warm layers and comfortable shoes.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAll materials, tools and floral supplies are provided.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFull payment is required at booking. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed by email.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWorkshops require a minimum of five attendees. If Hanako Flowers cancels a session, guests will be offered a full refund or transfer to another available date.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCancellations made more than seven days before the workshop may receive a refund or transfer. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable, but the booking may be transferred to another person if Hanako Flowers is notified at least 24 hours beforehand.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePhotography and video may be captured for promotional use.
