Alongside our beautifully decorated shop and bar on Berkhamsted’s High Street, Hanako are also pleased to offer delivery for our bouquets, gift bundles, subscriptions and refillable vases.
Hanako will be delivering to Berkhamsted and the surrounding area within a 5-mile radius.
This includes Berkhamsted (HP4), Hemel Hempstead (HP1 and HP3), Chesham (HP5) and addresses in south Tring (HP23).
Delivery to Berkhamsted is free and £5 to postcodes in the surrounding area.
As part of our commitment to reducing our impact on the environment, we have limited our delivery hours to ensure the van is not constantly on the road.
We therefore deliver between 3 pm and 5 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Refillable Vases – Those with a refillable vase subscription will receive the top-up bunches on Thursdays
Flower Subscriptions – Those with flower subscriptions will receive their bouquets on Fridays
Click & Collect
We also have a click and collect option for those who would prefer to collect their order from the Florist.
Simply place you order and select the date of which you’d like to collect your arrangement and your bouquet will be ready for collection.
Returns and Refunds
Our bouquets and plants are living things, so it’s essential they receive the recommended care advice that we include with your purchase.
Because of the perishable nature of our goods, we ask that any complaints be made within one working day.
When should I place my order?
If you would like same day delivery, please place your order before 2 pm.
Any orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered the next working day (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday).
If there is a specific day on which you’d like your order to be delivered, simply select the preferred date at checkout.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be hand delivered by our very own Hanako delivery team to ensure your bouquet arrives safe and sound.
Your chosen arrangement will be safely wrapped with everything that it needs to stay fresh on its journey. It will arrive with a water pocket to ensure your buds stay hydrated until you’re able to pop it into a vase at home, and our wraps will protect your blooms and keep them healthy.
What if I’m not in when you deliver?
If you’re not home to welcome your flowers, we’ll either follow your delivery instructions or find a safe place for your flowers that’s out of sight from passers-by and safe from any weather conditions.
Can I change my order or delivery address once I’ve checked out?
If you need to change your order or delivery address, please call the team as soon as possible on 01442 967949 and press 2.
However, please note that if your order has been created or is already out for delivery, we may not be able to make any changes.
